While strange, that was identified as a symptom. Michael Gordon> you.. reported Citicard had identified and implemented a fix, so that should not be recurring for you. It did not happen to everybody. There might have been a window in time where that might happen. |

| Cal, the fix suggested by you worked very well. Money is working fine after diabling ans reenabling the account. Thanks a lot. Downloaded date in the left column of the register. The successful workaround for this has been to discontinue online access for that credit card, and to set it up for online access again. From the Account List, ManageOnlineServices-> (Citicard)ModifyServices-> ...Discontinue..., and then similar to set it up again. |

| Hi I use Money 2004 Dlx to download transactions from my Citibank Credit card accounts. It was working perfectly fine till last month. Now, Money is not able to download the transactions from one account. Interestingly, it has no problem downloading the transactions from other account. BTW, both accounts have different user ID's. I tried to solve this issue thru "modify services". It does connect to my account as it detects the right CC number, but nothing happens after that. I would really appreciate your suggesions to solve this issue. Thanks |
