Yes.

Money calls this Sync with the Web. It involves storing your account and
transaction data on an MSN server. It requires you to use a Passport to
authenticate access to both your local data file and to the web-based UI.

Post back with more questions--I'm no expert it this area but there are
people here who are.

A1) Yes. Sort-of. There are probably some limits to what the MSNMoney site
can deal with compared to what the desktop version can deal with.

A2) What would it mean to "download" something to a computer that isn't
connected, somehow, sometime, to the net?
