| THANK-YOU Mine stopped working also. Your suggestion worked for me. I had to completely disable the online service and then go through the online setup again. At first, I just tried to update the online service and although it connected and updated it did NOT fix the problem. Thanks again! | A known problem with Citi's servers. Until they fix it, the best thing is to disable online services with Citi, then reenable them. I know from experience that this works. -- Michael Gordon MVP "Jim MN" <jamesnn.removethis[at]hotmail.com> wrote in message news:266B380F-C1F6-4D11-861B-1105CE3B185F[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > From: "Jim MN" <jim.nimlos[at]gmail.com> Newsgroups: microsoft.public.money > Subject: Re: Citibank download not working > Date: Fri, 02 Sep 2005 09:05:36 -0700 > I have just recently had the same problem with Citibank using M2004. > The last successful automatic download was July 26th. | From: "Jim MN" <jim.nimlos[at]gmail.comNewsgroups: microsoft.public.money Subject: Re: Citibank download not working Date: Fri, 02 Sep 2005 09:05:36 -0700 I have just recently had the same problem with Citibank using M2004. The last successful automatic download was July 26th. The date listed in my "Last Downloaded" column is in 2111! It may just be a coincidence, but the fact that my problem is also with Citibank points to them as the problem, which really makes me thankful, because I was about to go thru the process of fixing a corrupted file. Anyone know where to call at Citibank to try to fix this? | I am using Money 2003 Deluxe and have been downloading credit card activity from Citibank for months without any problems. Recently, however, the downloads (using Internet Updates--> Update Now) are not pulling in new Citibank activity. All other non-Citi accounts continue to work. I've noticed that the date under the "Last Downloaded" column are way into the future (4/25/2101 and 1/27/2089). Is there a problem specifically with Citicards? If not, how do I change the date back to the last real download date? It appears that I won't be able to download any new activity until the dates listed occur. Of course, I won't care by then. Thank you...Brian |
