| You need to modify your file associations. Usually the last program installed will take over, so a quick fix for you may be to reinstall Quicken. Go into Windows Explorer and go into the Tools / Folder options and File Types. Choose the type of file you are downloading and removing the association to mnyimprt.exe. I'm not sure what Quicken's import handler is, but reinstalling Quicken should replace this.
