If anyone can hlep i will be very gratefuly becasue i am on the edge of
throwing ms money 2005 standard out the window.

I brought ms money 2005 standard two weeks ago, came home installed the
software all was ok. Clicked on the ms money icon to start up it loaded asked
me for my location of where i want to create my money file, then asked me
about my passport which i did, then it said creating file, then smack it
appeared the error that is driving me mad, it was something about my banks
online service, and if i ad more problems to contact them, well how the
program new about this i dont know as i havent even entered anything about my
bank yet. So i rebooted and tried again for two weeks, i looked on the net
nothing, i tried ms on the phone, but now help unless i wanna play games. I
then thought remove the software and re-install maybe a bad install, did it
all ok now problems, then it appeared again the same messae about my banks
online service, so researched a bit more, and found that something about my
profile that ay be causing a problem, so i created a new admin user on my pc
and tried money again, success it worked i got into money and all was ok. so
logged back onto my profile to see if it made any difference there, no such
luck, so i decided to delete my old profile and us the new profile, by the
time i did that all was gone, couldnt open money at all, so tried to
re-instal again an this time i get another error message "setup cannot
install need compments to run money, please try setup again" well can i get
it to work can i hell i have tried the below so far.

Disabled antivirus
Disabled Spyware scanner
Disabled Firewall
Scanned for spyware and antiriuses all clean as i suspected

I am on Windows XP Pro SP2
Money 2005 Standard edition

Any help will be most grateful.
