M99 & M2004 must both be from the same geography - in your case Australian.
If you can't buy a matching copy of M2004 then you will need to export your
data under M99 in QIF format and import into M2004.

Money cannot open a version localized for another country.

Get a later version for the original country, or consider QIF
export/import from your re-installed Money 99 (Financial Suite).

Default Upgrading Data file from Money99 to money2004

I have purchased Money 2004 (standard) and can not
upgrade my old data file from Money 99 (Finacial Suite).
It just tells me that it is an incompatable version. Is
there a way around this?
