I'm having the same problem. I have had this problem with Providian and I am
now having a problem with other accounts showing "Items to review (#)" when
there are no transactions to be reviewed. I have deleted temp internet files
and temp windows files and I have done file repairs, standard and quick.

That should fix the problem, but if it doesn't, try a Standard File Repair.

I just installed Money 2006 and setup automtic downloads for all my bank
accounts and credit cards. Everything works wonderfully - except for one
