| I sometimes get the same problem. Try going to windows explorer and right clicking on the cd drive and selecting eject. Close the tray and try opening Money again. | thanks richard - I will try that. Come to think of it if I put the cd in when directed the video help file opens immediately....Hmmmmm I forgot that. | I am guessing that Money is looking for the video help files. One way you could get rid of the message would be to copy the CD onto your hard disk and reinstall from there.
