Go to "Set up your categories" and add new categories for your second
Schedule C business. When you assign the tax line, also assign the category
to Copy 2.

This will work for the purposes of tax export, but I don't think the
Schedule C tax estimator will account for this correctly. Also, if you're
using the Small Business version of Money, the program is not able to handle
running two businesses and keeping them separate. You would need to create
a new file for the second business.
