After a couple of weeks of being frustrated, this fixed my problem. Thank
you very much.

I think you should know that the available online help is seriously borked.
The online chat dies making the connection, submitting an email request fails
("There was a problem submitting your form. Click Back and try again."), and
the link on the Money help & support page
(http://support.microsoft.com/ph/870) that points to "Error Message: Money Is
Unable to Verify Your Online Sign In" (Sends you to
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331123) is dead.
