See if you can get the billing account straightened out.

If the download continues to fail to complete (and the have tried
disabling anything that maybe blocking - Firewall/AV/etc) and has
given Money sufficient time (i.e. an hour or so), then you might
want to consider asking MSN Billing to cancel the subscription, give
them a refund and then see about purchasing a CD.

Hi Cal,

The Passport is correct, and I can logon using this, but my Mailing address
was wrong on the Registration link. If i changed the address, clicking Next
did nothing but make the popup disappear. When I left the old Mailing address
there, clicked Next and it sent the data.

Help About shows Microsoft 2006 and Version 15.0.6.513.

By downloads I mean the updates to the core program to make the Tax,
Reports, etc. functions work. I can connect to my bank data, download it and
reconcile, but half of the product is not installed.

Well I clicked on the registration link without changing any day and a popup
showed "Data being Sent". The registration link has now disappeared and it's
registered at the wrong address. What a great $35 well spent this has been.
Still no downloads coming through.

downloaded the software because I want to use it NOW!

files. Each time it downloads around 138 .tmp files of zero bytes.
- I checked whether I had registered the product correctly. Each time my old
address is displayed. I overtype with my new address and click NEXT. The
popup disappears and nothing happens. The next time I click REGISTER, my old
address is there.
- I tried to contact MS by email. I enter my Product ID exactly as it is in
the HELP popup and I'm informed it is incorrect, or in the incorrect format.
I'm not paying $35 for support for $35 product that won't even install.

I installed MS Money 2006 Premium last week. Everytime I open it it seems to
update files in a folder named:
MNYCoreFiles.NEW.{9D6EAA4F-27B2-4407-AC72-4BBD2FCB6ED1}
However, most of these 1,200+ files are zero bytes. When I try to use 2006
features such as reports, I get a warning that "Download 1% complete", but
this never changes.
I have turned off all my firewalls, but I am connected at work through a
proxy.
