My bank is Comercial Federal In Omaha, NE. They are arranging a conference
call with Microsoft tomorrow to try and figure out where the problem is. If
I had a CD I would just back up my data and delete MNY2005 and reinstall it
but since I downloaded if from the website I don't have the CD.

Care to name the bank? Perhaps somebody else has had, or will run
across the same problem.

Thanks so much. I reached the page I needed. However Microsoft wasn't able
to find the problem. My bank can't find the problem either.

Click Help-> About and write down the serial number. That is the
number you want.

There is a maintenance outage for downloads via Yodlee Friday
evening. An equipment update is planned. This should not be your
problem now.

Default unable to download account from my bank

I have money 2004 on my laptop and have no problem downloading my accounts.
However on my PC where I have mny 2005 I cannot download from the bank. My
bank says everything is OK on their end. I have tried everything I could
find in Help but nothing has helped. I can't get e-mail support because I
don't know my PID #.
I downloaded mny2005 on Jan 1, 2005 and paid $29.99. If I got a PID # at
that time I have lost it. What can I do to resolve these problems?
