| I posted a message a week ago about my Update Now not showing the option to update my banking information in Money 2006 Deluxe. Someone suggested it maybe not be working because I have "Access money data on the web" turned on. I should disable this and it may fix the problem. I tried this and still did not fix the problem. I played with it for over a hour last night going to the "Manage Online Services" screen and trying to set up my online services again. I go through selecting my bank, then entering my login information. I click the ok button to continue and it either goes to a page not found or tells me it is trying to download data. However when I go back to my account register it says Complete login information for a newly created national city account that has a $0 balance. If I go to the Read Call Summary Messages screen it says there was an error getting my bank information. When I click on the link within the error message a message box pops up with a ok button and submit error button. If I click the submit error button it doesn't sent the error, but shows me a WebPages with no error description and message that says the error cannot be determined. Now I did this over may times last night. I'm guessing what ever service Money is using to pull my bank data it is not working correctly for NationalCity.
