Account List/Manage Online Services/ click on MSN Bill Pay

Hi, All,

I accidentally de-activated the EPay confirmation dialog that appeared after
sending a payment to my bank (BankOne, or Chase, or whoever they say they are
today). I've looked all over to try to find a way to re-enable it, without
success.

Does anyone know how to re-enable this feature?
