What ZA-specific messages are you getting and what version of ZA are
you using?

Look in the ZA alerts and logs to see what's being blocked.

In order to communicate with my bank in Money 2006 and even to access the
Money help files, I have to turn off my Zone Alarm firewall - I've tried
everything I can think of to tell ZA that Money is all right, but nothing so
far has worked.

I have all the latest updates of both Microsoft products and Zone Alarm.
