| Mine was doing that, but is working properly now. I haven't upgraded to 2006 yet. It also did it after I installed 2005, but that turned out to be an unrelated problem. MS has been playing with the site again, I think. You can download statements from most brokers without a Passport.> getting your statment and transactions? Ditto most big credit cards. They provide their own servers to give the data to Money. Many banks do not provide those servers. Most credit unions do not. If you are looking for such a bank when choosing, you can find them. For those that do not provide their own servers , a third party gets involved and those connections require Passport. If you click on your institution at http://www.microsoft.com/money/bankonline.aspx you can see if the term "third party" is part of the description. |

| I had the same problem.
