Actually the reducing video hardware acceleration as a test could also be useful, since it is simple. - quote - > Sorry if this was a misunderstanding. > Gary > "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: > > In microsoft.public.money, MynyIco.exe is not a valid Win32 app > > <MynyIco.exe is not a valid Win32 app[at]discussions.microsoft.com> > wrote: > > > > I bought Money 2002 a couple of years ago and never installed it (was using > > > excel). | I reread my original message and see that I left out an important fact. The installation seemed to go ok. I got no errors. The error I reported showed up when trying to load the program. The error appeared immediately and nothing else appeared on the monitor. Sorry if this was a misunderstanding. | I bought Money 2002 a couple of years ago and never installed it (was using excel). I just installed it yesterday and got the message that "C:\WINDOWS\Installer\....\MnyIco.exe is not a valid Win32 application". I called support (India) and could only find out that this product is not supported. I know it is an older version, but I just opened the CD sleeve and tried to install it. The box says it will work on Win XP and I am running XP PRO SP2. Can anyone help? Thanks Gary Deckert garydeckert[at]hotmail.com |
