Money98 downloading statement

You'll probably need the OFX component. Microsoft don't provide it any more,

After Windows 98 reinstall downloading an active statement from pcbanking to
Money 98 getting a window "money 98 New Component Needed" click launch to
Microsoft home page and follow instructions. when i connect i get "sorry but
no microsoft page matches (since Money98 is not supported anymore)

What component Money 98 need to read this statement? And where can I
download it?
