Those look interesting Cal. As a Scot, the 'free' part appeals to me

Thanks for your help.

Thanks Richard. For a one-of thing it hardly seems worth while.
I'll just write out the ones I need

I would also note that pdf995 and cutePDF have free PDF "printers".

If you set up a PDF "printer", you can print an entire register to a
PDF file. Then decide which pages you want to burn to paper.

Customizing a report is the better way to get a statement that
matches just what you want. The Account Transactions would be a good
one to start with.

This description is for older versions, but the difference is in
navigating to the Account Transactions report:

It's not possible in Money. An alternative would be to use a print driver
such as FinePrint, which will allow you to select the number of pages (among
other things) before you commit to print.

Default Printing statements

I have Money 2005.

I don't want to print all of the pages in one particular statement. I
tried highlighting the first item want to print then going to the last
one, holding down the Shift key ... no joy. Same with the Ctrl key. How
can I tell the page numbers of items I wish to print?
