Adding categories for downloaded transactions

Tools-> FindAndReplace can be used to change the category of
transactions that meet various criteria.

When I download transactions for my credit cards usually there is no
category defined. Is there a way to assign categories to these transactions
without having to do it one at a time. In other words can categories be
