Perhaps MS will make the user's manual available as a download. I would be
willing to pay extra to have an off-line manual. Otherwise I will have to
trash Money 2006 and go back to the 2004 version. The computer that we use
for personal financial information does NOT have internet access (for good
reasons).

I think MS decided from some very narrow focus groups that the offline
functionality available up through Money 2003 or 2004 was unnecessary.
Unfortunate, but that seems to be the case.

So that they're visible in Money? Probably not, though I always thought it
would be interesting to try to make those pages available as "offline
favorites" in IE.
