I've already created a mortgage account, but the payments as filed a
loan payments show-up in budget under debt (no sub-category). How d
everyone else set up their mortgage so that they can monitor the sam
category in budget

You can't change the existing debt account but you can create a new home
mortgage account and enter your payment history. I did that then deleted the
debt account when I had the file correct.

Search backwards for mortgage as there is a thread on how to enter a
mortgage created in the past. Secret: You need to change your system clock
to the year you took out the mortgage in order to 'fool' Money to allow it to
accept mortgage info and payment history from the beginning. Don't ask me
why Money programmers made it this way as it doesn't make sense.

I am having trouble in Money trying to get my mortgage to line up in m
budget. Loan payment shows up under debt instead of mortgage payment.
