Default Home Purchase

Trying to figure out how to record the loan on a home purchase. For
example if you get a $100k loan you create as new mortgage account in
MSMoney. However there is no way to allocate this when you are entering
the transaction from the title company. Do you record this as other
income? I have everything else entered, new building asset and
settlement expenses except no way to move the mortgage amount into the
loan account.
