Thank you very much. I wasn't sure if it was a Media Player or Quicktime
problem. My popup stopper was preventing flash animations.

Those videos are in Macromedia Flash. If you have set things up to
disable Flash, that would be a cause.

Default Can't view Instructional Videos (Premium 2006)

Hi,
I bought MS Money Premium 2006 and installed it. I've been using it for a
short while and have tried watching the Help/Instructional Videos but for
some reason when I try to open them, the window opens but nothing loads. I've
tried reinstalling but that didn't work. I've disabled my popup stopper and
checked my internet browser settings (set to Medium). Anyone know why I
cannot view the videos?
