In addition to what Steve said, there is not a special discount for owners
of older versions of Money.

Why wouldn't you want a hard copy with a CD and a better rebate? Check
the stores and be patient. A word to the wise. Never, ever download
Money programs without having the hard copy CD. You take a big risk and
your money goes "puff" if the download doesn't work right. JMHO. Steve

Is there going to be a downloadable version for Money 2005 current users?
And maybe a discounted price for them as well.
