| Thanks so much Vip. I downloaded the latest windows patches and all is well! Maybe it had to do with some remains of the blast virus or the windows fix for it. Appreciate the feedback Vassik "Vip" <no[at]spam.me> wrote in message news:lhb8kvonj4cg93869c611256m66asoefv9[at]4ax.com... - quote - > Vassik/Don : > I just ran an update a few mins ago, and the error message went away. > It looks like they've fixed whatever it was that was causing the > problem. > Cheers. > Vip. > On Wed, 20 Aug 2003 15:15:19 GMT, "Vassik" <vassi12nospam[at]comcast.net> wrote: > > I spend an hour on the phone with Microsoft support last night and found no > > solution to this! > > > > "Don Naegele" <dnaegele[at]yahoo.com> wrote in message > > news:0df901c36728$8649eb90$a601280a[at]phx.gbl... > > > Hi. > > > > > I got the same error message yesterday (August 19th). > > > After a call to Microsoft support, that took almost two > > > hours, they determined that THEY had no idea how to > > > resolve the problem. > > > > > Maybe it will be corrected soon. > > > > > Don in Tampa > > > > > > > > > > -----Original Message----- > > > > In money 2004 all of a sudden on the online updates, > > > under the Money > > > > updates heading, the following error appeared: > > > > Money encountered a problem processing the downloaded > > > file (SMRTINET.INI) > > > > > > > All the other downloads (from my bank and credit card) > > > seem to work fine.
