Yeah - that "online service not available" shows up more than 50% of the
time for me when I try to setup online services in Money. I just have to
keep trying. Sorry.

Hey there. I had this same problem. Citibank updated their logon process
and that's what did it to me. The way I solved it was to go to
searscard.com and login. Then I was prompted for a new login and password.
Once those were setup, Money was able to get my data. Hope this works for
you.
