Money is a proprietary format. Try Ultrasoft MoneyLink.
http://www.ultrasoft.com/MoneyLink/overview.shtml It may help extract data,
but I think you shouldn't expect much.

File: import. You have to export first from the old file, assuming that's
possible. The data corruption may make it unusable, or may make it partially
usable. If partially usable, the value of the data can be determined only by
you. It may save some labor.

It sounds like most or all of his data are in Lira. If not all, perhaps
importing all the lira accounts as a single group, then the non-Lira
accounts, would help with the multi-currency issue.

Yeah, you're right. My success rate it walking others through it,
especially those with multiple currencies, is close to zero, so I don't
usually suggest it.

How about trying export, then import into a new file? I don't know the
degree of data damage but it may at least reduce the data entry required to
get usable data.

If Super Salvage doesn't work, there's nothing more that we can do for you.
Generally, I would recommend attempting an upgrade to a newer version of
Money, but that worn't work for you.

I guess you could try to contact Microsoft for support to see if they can
fix the file -- otherwise, I recommend reveting to your backup.

Sorry.
