| Same here, it's very frustrating...is Microsoft going to ever fix this? I'm getting tired of the prompts. |

| I bought my copy at a brick and mortor store and I'm getting that message to when I try to register. It was still happening this morning 7-23-05. | Still doing the same thing today. Still cannot set up several of my banks with online updates either. I will give it some time and try it a few times this weekend before I try to contact MS support. "David Goodhand" wrote: - quote - > James, > If you try again today, it will work. | James, If you try again today, it will work. As the error message said, the registration server was not available. Sometimes those dialog boxes actually tell the truth. In fact, all of Microsoft server's (msn, msnbc, passport, microsoft, etc.) were disconnected from the internet for most of the afternoon yesterday. | If you're referring to the specials offers prompt there's an option in 2005 under Tools -> Settings -> Online Services that you can uncheck to stop this prompt. You might check for something like that in your options to disable it. |

| I purchased Money Premium 2006 via a popup in Money Premium 2005. Almost every time I start the program now it pops up saying I have not registered it for special offers, but when I try to register it I get a message stating: Thank you for taking the time to enter your information. Unfortunately, the server could not be contacted. Microsoft Money will save the information you entered and you can try to upload your information again later. Please click OK to continue working in Money. This has been happening since I purchased it and is starting to get really annoying. Is anyone else having this problem, and how was it fixed? |
