I have a similar problem. I downloaded the full version of Money 2006 Premium
and I wasn't even able to download the rebate form. The dialog box
disappeared before I could save it. Now I really need to have a confirmation

I didn't have this problem purchasing Money 2005 Premium.

Also, I tried using the email or chat support and it says my serial number
is not recognized and will not let me open a case with Microsoft. I have
replied to a different thread about that and was told that MS was working on
it, but wanted to open my own thread on the issue as well.
