| Looks like I was a bit too impatient on the confirmation email. It arrived early this morning. Still cannot use my serial number for online support, and am having problems with several financial institutions in getting online services set up. Keep getting page cannot be found or account setup temporarily unavailable messages every time. | I have a similar problem. I downloaded the full version of Money 2006 Premium and I wasn't even able to download the rebate form. The dialog box disappeared before I could save it. Now I really need to have a confirmation email of my purchase to apply for the $30.00 rebate. I didn't have this problem purchasing Money 2005 Premium. | I purchased Money Premium 2006 via a popup in my current Money Premium 2005. I have not recieved a confirmation email of my order which I have to have to send in for the $30 rebate. How long should it take to get this confirmation? Also, I tried using the email or chat support and it says my serial number is not recognized and will not let me open a case with Microsoft. I have replied to a different thread about that and was told that MS was working on it, but wanted to open my own thread on the issue as well. |
