mum. I thought the updates were to occur whether money was running or not,
at least that is what is stated in the feature list thing. I think a process
is running in the background (listed in task manager etc.) that is suppose
to allow this. I checked my list of process and it's running on my computer.
Anyway it's no problem for me to update manually, but I get a little box
each time I do so that says it can be done automatically - hence my
question.

The OFX accounts appear to only update automatically if you leave Money
open. My accounts never update automatically, as I tend to close Money and
shut down the computer after I'm done with it. This behavor is the same in
05 and 06.
