By the way, I encountered the same problem with the PIDS although my problem
is even more interesting. After download it starts downloading all additional
stuff and when that is finished and I restart (as requested) Money it comes
up as a trail version.

When you go to the support page the PID is invalid. So I reinstalled and the
PID was now different. However the response is still 'invalid'.

And O yes, after stopping Money and starting it, it is again a trail version
despite the fact I paid $37.

so how can you contact support for a bug in their product. Don't tell me you
have to pay for that or is BG really that desperate?

As a "footnote" I am running Windows XP64 (another mistake of me. more
headaches than benefit) and would not be surprised that I just exposed a bad
job of the QA team at Microsoft.

2005 and got a popup to upgrade to 2006 Premium for $37.95 after rebate. I
