| that is a great idea since it would have saved me also some time by now BUT I HAVE PAID ALREADY AND HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN BUY IT IN A STORE?????? By the way, I encountered the same problem with the PIDS although my problem is even more interesting. After download it starts downloading all additional stuff and when that is finished and I restart (as requested) Money it comes up as a trail version. When you go to the support page the PID is invalid. So I reinstalled and the PID was now different. However the response is still 'invalid'. And O yes, after stopping Money and starting it, it is again a trail version despite the fact I paid $37. so how can you contact support for a bug in their product. Don't tell me you have to pay for that or is BG really that desperate? | Everyone reading this, please learn from this person's misfortune: if you are thinking of buying M06, go to the store and buy the CD. No matter how convenient the download purchase seems, it causes more problems that it can be worth for all too many people! I went through the process and purchased the upgrade, now I cannot use the serial shown in the about page to get support.
