In Explorer, go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types -- scroll down to
select OFX files (Open Financial Exchange) - if you click on Advanced, then
Edit -- what do you see for the default program?

To start with, in IE6 uncheck
Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced-> [Security]DoNotSaveEncryptedPagesToDisk.

If that does not solve the problem, is that an OFX file you are
saving to the desktop?

When I downloaded recent transactions in money 2005, a window would open
which stated open or save file. I would click open and the tranactioons would
automatically be sent to Money register. With 2006 Deluxe When I go to
download tranactions, I have to save them to desktop, open Money then import
them to register. If I were to click open nothing happens and nothing is
automatically sent to Money. Please help.
