| Parts of the program time out in 2003 and later, so if you need to continue using these parts, then you would need to upgrade. Typically it's 2 or 3 years, depending on the product (you can see extracts from the license agreements here: http://money.mvps.org/faq/article/186.aspx). There are some people here happily using 2002, which has no expiry in it at all.
