Default Re: Downloading problem in 2006

Can someone decipher this:
Hi CustomerName,

My name is Lorraine from Microsoft Money Technical Support. I am writing to
you in regards Microsoft Money 2006.

I have tried contacting you by phone but you have privacy protection which
did not allow me to contact you.

I have read your Problem Statement and I to find a resolve for this issue a
work around we should follow is listed in this email:

1. On the Investing menu, click Portfolio.

2. Choose Work with investments, then Choose a specific investment.

3. Pick a mutual fund.

4. Choose Details.

5. Next to "Change asset allocation", click the Change button.

6. Enter the Asset Allocation figures for the asset classes as needed. You
can enter percentages for mutual funds, so try 50% small cap, 50% large cap,
for example.

7. Click Done.

8. On the Investing menu, click Asset Allocation.

9. Choose Current vs. target

Note that your current asset allocation does not accurately reflect the fact
that holding in the mutual fund are split between two asset classes. If you
choose Reallocate assets in plan, you can assign the mutual fund to a
particular asset class, but then the wizard treats all holdings in that fund
as the asset class you chose, it does not seem to in any way recognize that
the asset class was set as split by percentages in the investment details.

Please let me know what date and time you would like us to contact you by
simply responding to this message and we will follow up with you as soon as
possible. You can also call our frontline support as well, I am including
Microsoft Support site that contains a list of support options available to
our customers: <http://support.microsoft.com/?pr=cntactms> .

My office hours are:

Monday - Friday - 11:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M Atlantic Time

I hope to hear from you soon!

Lorraine

Thank you for using Microsoft Money Technical Support Services.

**Now forget the fact that they don't include an email address to reply, I
actually tried this though it was hard because this isn't exactly the way
M2006 works. Still the problem is that Morgan Keegan downloads the average
cost of the securities instead of the closing price. When Money gets this
price, it interprets it as an updated price with today's date overriding
yesterday's COB price. GIGO. This is an articulation problem between MK and
Money and MK needs to straighten this out with Money instead of giving me
the runaround.

Dont you love the fact that I am addressed as Customer Name and they claimed
they couldn't call me because I have privacy director so if the firm doesn't
divulge its name and number when they call, they merely have to say the name
to get through to me. No time to do that, just click.

It is MK that is sending me erroneous statements. Problem is that updating
the quotes doesn't fix it since these two mutual funds are apparently
updated only each night so the download from MK is read as the latest info
by MSMoney putting my portforlio temporarily showing thousands of dollars of
loss. I guess they don't have a clue that they are sending out wrong
information now since Friday! And no tech support email on their web site
for me to tell them. I notified my consultant. IN a month or so it might
get fixed.

Default Quotes problem in 2006

I am getting some weird results last two days with quotes in that two of my
mutual funds that closed Friday at $30 + prices are being listed as $7
causing quite a stir in my portfolio. I double checked them on MSN and was
able to delete the faulty prices (going to manual update). When I download
new quotes the prices seem right so I am suspecting Morgan Keegan download
as the culprit. I sent them an email. They should update again overnight
so I will see in the morning if this has gone away.

Anyone else noticing this?
