What happens when 2 or more downloaded transactions match to the same
transaction? Are you allowed to unmatch the incorrect one but keep the
correct one matched? If so, this might actually be an improvement.

Default Money 2006 -- Better Transaction Matching my !@#$%^

One of the things Money 2006 touts is better transaction matching. Well,
based on my experience with the trial version that statement couldn't be
further from the truth. I recenlty downloaded an OFX statement from my bank
and Money 2006 managed to match three downloaded trasactions to a single
transaction that was already in my register. None of those three downloaded
transactions even had the same date as the existing tranaction they were
matched to. But, there were three existing transactions with the same
amounts and dates that Money 2006 didn't find matches for. Does that sound
like better transaction matching too you??? It appears to me that it got
worse instead of better.

I've been a supporter of Microsoft's for years, but Money is some of the
worst software they have released in recent years. Forutnately for Microsoft
I hear Quicken hasn't done much better.

I think Microsoft is more about making money (pun intended) on this product
than it is about getting it right.
