| Mike, It didn't work for me. I still show TRIAL version. ARRGH! Only good news it extended the expiration date. "Mike Forman" wrote: - quote - > I was having the same problem. | I was having the same problem. To fix it, I went to Tools -> Settings and chose "Access your Money daa on the Web" Once I associated my money file with the passport I used to download the installer, I closed and reopened Money. The next time I opened it, it asked me to sign in with the passport account, and then it downloaded some more updates. One more restart of Money, and I got a thank you for your purchase. You can then remove your file from the MSN network if you want. I hope this works for you too. I just upgraded to Microsoft Money 2006 Premium from 2004 Deluxe using the Microsoft download service. The upgrade was charged to my credit card. Initially the upgrade went well, however, after Money was executed for a second time, it suddenly changed to a trial version which will expire 10/13/2005. The popup box offered to upgrade me to the Deluxe version, not the Premium version I already paid for. What gives? As a secondary issue, to use the $30 Mail-in Rebate, I need a purchase confirmation email from Microsoft. I've not received such an email from Microsoft. How do I get them to send one? |
