Update: I managed to fix this by disabling bill pay which caused Money to
crash. When it restarted the "work Offline" box was visible.

I just downloaded the trial version of Money 06 and when I try to "Check for
new online services" or "Set up online services" in the Manage online
service page I first get a page that asks me the type of account, after
clicking next on this page I am taken to a page that tells me:

"To set up your accounts, you must be online. Please close Money, and
then sign in to your file. When you sign in, make sure the Work offline box
is cleared. "

So I close money and reopen it only to find that I don't have a "Work
offline box" on my sign in page. When I sign in again and try to set up
online service I get the same error.

This file is a converted Money 04 file and I know that 04 used to have a
check box for working on/offline.

I called Money support, and they hung-up on me because I was only using the
trial version, so I was hoping that maybe someone here had run into this
problem, or maybe knew where to find the elusive "Work offline box".
