Default Upgrading from Money SBE 2004 to SBE 2005

Hi,

Do I have to uninstall the old money version first before installing the new
one, or can I just install the new one and it will automatically detect and
upgrade accordingly?

2nd question: If my business is selling insurance products, how do I
classify them under the products listing? How do I track commissions?

Thanks.
