Money 2006 has basically fixed this, I believe it only will duplicate for 1
day (i.e. if you try to download again on the same day)

The bank transaction is a single transaction for $103.63. It's actually two
transactions to two different people, one for $48.63, and the other for $55.
When Money shows it as a new electronic transaction (downloaded), I match it
to the two (the total left over shows $0.00), and then accept one of them -
and they both get accepted. I've tried accepting the other one first, but so
far the same downladed transaction ahs shows up like 10 times! It hasn't
shown up for the past 8 hours or so, and I'm hoping it won't show up again,
but if it does...any ideas?
