Yep, it's extremely rare for product group (PG) members of a MS product to
take a look at their respective Community forum. It's up to the products MVP
to try and bridge that gap, just fyi.

new releases and so often they are ignored, eg. "inventory". The response
that it has not changed is not very helpful. I know I have previously
suggested that when entereing an item in an account, you should have the
option to tick a box that if checked will update the item into your inventory
and apply a second stage to the transaction rather than entering it twice
into the system. MSM defies the concept of avoiding duplication. Further it
should have the ability to export data from the inventory, and indeed import
it too, say from a spreadsheet. PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN before making a final
release of the package!!!

Did money 2006 fix most of the 2005 bugs/gripes people had? Below was my
list from 2005

I want a way to purge all the past budget data.
Money 2004 and I think 2003 had a massive bug that occurred when you
deleted a budget item that caused it to still be calculated even when it was
suppose to be gone. In many cases you got duplicate or triple amounts in
your budget that could not be changed. I would rather purge everything in
the past than have the inaccurate data that is there now taking up space and
serving no use because its wrong. Plus it messes up forecasts.

Import and export for Home Inventory

The categories being automatically moved during upgrade and default category
recreation needs to go away forever!!!!

Allow money to do automatic accounts updates WITHOUT using a passport!!!!!!!
None of my banks require passport. I don't want a passport on my file.

Allow passport password to be saved (like it does now) but add the option to
have it bypass the stupid login screen.
I don't need to click ok to continue and wait for it to connect. just do
it in the background. But honestly no passport is best.

Annoying bugs with manual online update
when you click update now and then click update it pops up that dialog box
that has a check box to hide it but it only stays hid for the current
windows session.
Next time I login its back again with Hide unchecked.

One more thing when you do a backup to a flash card the rw?.tmp firles that
are created need to go away.
