Consider changing your Passport password back to what it was and trying again. If that does not do it for you, I would contact Microsoft. | Cal, you had posted a solution to this problem earlier, but the method that was successful is no longer available online. Today, our MNY 2004 login attempt produces "the Sign-On attempt for xxx[at]sbcglobal.net was not successful, please try again". We've used the product for years, this is the first problem. We tried changing our Passport password, but i see from posts here that won't help.
