I used the download option from the Microsoft Web Site last night at around
10 pm 7/5

The only issues I had were probably because I was at the beginning:

1. Still haven't received my confirmation email, I need that to get the
rebate.
2. The download link didn't work until after midnight.
3. The billing.microsoft.com doesn't give you an option to download,
thankfully, I had kept the download link.
4. Tech Support for the billing.microsoft.com doesn't seem to set up fully.
It takes you to the MSN support here, but there is no choice for
MSN/Microsoft Billing.
5. This morning I can't get Ms Money to sign on. I am gonig to reboot
shortly, hopefully it is intermittent problem.
6. With the download option, some features are not immediately available,
also you have restart the program multiple times in order clear all the
upgrade/install prompts/confirmations.

San's Club didn't have it this morning. I'm not sure what I would have done
if the had. The hassle associated with buying it, installing it, testing it,
deciding it sucks as much as M05, and then returning it is not an entirely
appetizing prospect.
