Thanks, I set the strike price to $0 and it worked like a champ.

I'm no expert in this, seeing as I work for an old-fangled company that
doesn't do this kinda stuff, but, as I understand it, options are usually
options to buy shares at price X. If the shares are selling for < X, then
why would you pay more to exercise an **option**? If the shares are selling
for > X then the whole point is that you can then elect--**option**--to buy
them for X, sell them for > X and pocket the difference.

If what you have is just a grant--some shares, not an option--to buy some
shares at a price if you want, then this is a different problem and I don't
think you should have entered it as an option in the first place. Your
question may be about how to track vesting in the grant.

When I initially enter the stock grant, what price do I put for the strike
price? I guess I really don't understand this. I would think that no
matter what the price is, it should be money in my pocket since I did not
pay anything for the shares.

Is it "in the money"? In other words, is the current price higher than the
strike price? You can add the Strike Price column to the Portfolio view so
that you can compare.
If not, then Money's not going to show you a "negative" value, since you're
not forced to excercise the option.

Default Stock Option Vests Not Working

I just started putting my stock grants into money and I entered one that was
awarded 2 years ago that had had 20% vest last year. It entered all of the
correct vesting dates but for the entry that vested last year it shows a
total value of $0. What am I doing wrong?
