This is a user group.

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;316895 is
for Money 2002. There are differences as to where the registry keys
and folders are for Money 2003 vs Money 2002.

Part of what they are doing is removing Money and reinstalling. This
would apply to how to remove the Money 2003 installation before
reinstalling:

Default Upgrading to Money 2003

I upgraded to Money 2003 from an earlier version and had problems with
getting it to work, in the end I had to e-mail my old version to you and you
sent it back so that it would work in the newer version. Since then it's
worked fine.

However, my processor died. I've now got a new PC and reloaded Microsoft
2003 Finanacial Suite from the CD (Says version 11 in the Help screen). Then
I tired to open the file I'd been using before. It accepted my password and
allows me to see my accounts but when I select an account it comes back with
Money cannot determine which place to load. Please reinstall Money.

I've tried reloading but to no avail - any ideas?
