i can't help you, but i can be with you in your misery---i have experienced
the same problem several times, though not all from the same payee.
completely random transactions go missing from my money 2005 deluxe all the
time, and i often have to re-reconcile my accounts several times. in fact, i
just spent 2 hours re-reconciling the past 4 months of my credit card
statements (all of which were perfectly fine last week before a number of
varied transactions suddenly vanished), which has prompted my husband to ask
me how much time & money our computer is actually saving us. )
