| Easy. Configure it with a balloon payment equal to the principal. | When we purchased out home we put two mortgages on the propery. The first is an interest only which includes our Impounds for Taxes and Hazard Insurance. Our second is a regular 30 year note. Is there any way to configure Money 2005 to recognize the Interest Only mortgage so that I would not have to manually change each payment, removing the principle amount? Thanks in advance Ryan Davis |
