In most cases, buying the CD from aggressive retailers has been as cheap or
cheaper than any Microsoft downloads. At any rate, the general consensus
advice in this newsgroup has ALWAYS been to buy the CD and skip all of these
hassles.

find out why the M 2003 Deluxe download I purchased will not work and what I
was told was that when you purchase a web download they are only good as long
as they are producing the the CD so even if you pay 43.00 like I did for a
2003 Money Deluxe web download you may not be able to use it again in the
future. I was told sorry but I will have to purchase the 2005 Deluxe CD. I
do understand how things chage but what I told them was that they should have
warned me on the website when I purchased the web download if they had I
would have spent a little more money to have a CD in my had but just thought
this was a convient way not to have to wait for a new CD.
