Perhaps 14.0.150.1105 if you are using the Business version.- quote - > "Confusted in TN" wrote:

I assume the problem occurs with any Money file-- not just the new one. Consider turning the Windows firewall on. Uninstall Norton, and try your updates. Then reinstall Norton if you like. |

1. What is the version when you do File-> Help-> About... ? Create a new Money file as that user. Do updates. When the update gets the version OK, you can delete that user. 2. Some people have reported that turning Norton off does not disable everything. They have to uninstall, do the update, and then reinstall. Make sure your Windows Updates are up to date before trying that. |

| I started a new file on 3.12.05. Just this past weekend, I was unable to update the file - I couldn't download new transactions or upload payments. I've repaired the file, turned off Norton then tried to update, etc. but still no luck. Is there a common solution to this problem? I'm using MS Money 2005, with XP Pro, 512MB Ram and Norton Internet Security 2005. The windows firewall is off. Thoughts? |
