Beware that it may be advisable to discontinue apays before doing so.

It's not directly possible.

If it's important to you, I would:

1. Disable online services.
2. Create a new payee called Chase.
3. Move the BankOne payee to Chase (Right click on BankOne in the payees
place & select move).
4. Enable online services.

Good luck!

Default Change Payee Name for an Epay

Is it possible to change the name of an epay payee? My example is, my credit
card company was BankOne. It has changed to Chase. Same account number, same
mailing address, same everything except the name. I can't find any way to just
change the name to Chase and keep the history.
